Summary:

As a Senior Finance Integration Analyst, you will oversee the seamless integration of newly acquired offices into OneDigital’s financial operations. You will serve as a guide and problem solver, helping offices navigate complex changes and collaborating with cross-functional finance teams. This role requires attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to build trust during high-pressure phases of acquisitions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial integrations for new offices, ensuring accurate and timely transition of revenue, expenses, and processes into OneDigital’s systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for offices during integration, providing professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Facilitate finance training for new offices to ensure understanding of integration processes and ongoing operations.
  • Support office leaders by reducing finance-related burdens through structured support and handoffs.
  • Manage timelines, identify roadblocks, enforce deadlines, and drive accountability.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Interpret diligence work to design tailored integration roadmaps.
  • Review and validate monthly financial results post-integration.
  • Report on integration status to senior leaders, highlighting progress and risks.
  • Provide strategic insights into integration challenges, applying industry best practices.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and big-picture thinking.
  • Ability to coach and guide team members.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills for deviations from standard processes.

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, M&A, or related areas.
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • Expertise in Excel; proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in insurance brokerage or retirement/wealth management is a plus.
