Job summary

NewEdge Advisors, a division of NewEdge Capital Group, seeks a senior finance director to own budgeting, forecasting, and the divisional P&L. This hands-on leader will work closely with the CEO, orchestrating month-end close, intercompany coordination, and data-driven decision support for advisor economics across 1099 and W-2 models.

You will build scalable processes, partner with the data function, and mentor a small finance team of two as the platform grows in New Orleans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in wealth management or securities-industry organizations.
• Hybrid RIA/broker-dealer platform experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on custodian and clearing economics experience with major providers.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own NEA’s annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plan with advisor group revenue.
• Lead monthly operating reviews with the CEO and leadership team.
• Manage P&L in partnership with parent-company finance, including intercompany dynamics.
• Partner with data function to capture and analyze KPIs.
• Lead a lean finance team and build scalable processes.
• Own data requests, KPI definitions, and standardized reporting.
