Job summary

NewEdge Advisors in New Orleans seeks a Senior Finance Director to own the financial narrative, budgeting, forecast, and KPIs. This hands-on leader drives revenue integrity and profitability analysis across advisor models, supported by a small finance team.

You'll partner with the parent NECG finance organization, supervise month-close, and ensure accurate, timely reporting while shaping strategic initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in wealth management or securities- industry organizations.
• Hybrid RIA/broker-dealer experience strongly preferred.
• Deep FP&A and business-partnering background with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own NEA’s annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plan with revenue by advisor group and channel.
• Lead monthly operating reviews with CEO and leadership; translate results into decisions.
• Manage NEA’s P&L in partnership with parent finance; oversee intercompany allocations.
• Lead data integrity and KPI analysis for NEA; build scalable reporting.
• Partner with M&A team on deals; prepare board-ready financial narratives.
