Hendrickson, a leader in commercial vehicle systems, seeks a Senior Finance Leader to oversee end-to-end financial oversight for manufacturing operations, corporate reporting, and strategic decision making. This role drives disciplined cost control, governance, and performance improvements across the division.

You will partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to shape long-term growth, profitability, and capital investments, while leading a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Accomplished finance executive with a minimum of 10 - 15 years of significant experience leading finance organizations within complex manufacturing environments.
• 2-5 years as a Division Controller with multi-plant responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, cost accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, operational finance, and strategic business partnering.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, operational improvements, and organizational transformation in multi-site operations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate financial information into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the Trailer Commercial Vehicle Systems Division, serving as a key member of the divisional leadership team.
• Lead development of the division's strategic financial plans, annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range outlooks.
• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes with timely communication of results.
• Establish and maintain effective financial and managerial controls to safeguard assets and governance.
