Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or tech applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to influence discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Proven cross-functional delivery with Finance, Technology, and Data teams.
• Excellent communication, able to influence senior leaders.
• Experience designing data quality, validation, and reporting controls in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
• Leads full product life cycle from planning to future development and risk management.
• Coaches teams on best practices: discovery, market research, prototyping, and adoption strategies.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to meet objectives.
• Monitors market trends and conducts competitive analyses for differentiation.
• Sets strategy to modernize finance data environments for analytics and regulatory needs.
• Provides end-to-end oversight of reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establishes an operating model for ad hoc analytics with strong user experience.
