Scope of Position:

The Senior Finance Business Partner supports the academic medical center’s tripartite mission, focusing on Strategy & Transformation initiatives.

Position Summary

This role serves as a strategic finance partner, providing analytics, consultation, and coordination on financial and strategic questions related to the Strategy & Transformation portfolio, aligned with the Wexner Medical Center's Impact 2035 plan. The position is part of the finance leadership team and the Strategy & Transformation team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic finance support for initiatives across the portfolio, including enterprise planning, clinical planning, new opportunities, and partnerships.
• Leading analytics and decision support for business planning, strategic analysis, proforma development, and ROI monitoring.
• Supporting business operations through insights and operational support.
• Integrating strategic and growth initiatives into the financial management and planning processes of the medical center.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance.
