A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive change within supply chain finance. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive supply chain finance experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, playing a pivotal part in enhancing cost efficiencies and performance.
Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner (Supply Chain) for a growing FMCG brand, going through a period of growth and continuous improvement.
The Senior Finance Business Partner will take responsibility for the on-going development of supply chain finance and have the backing of senior leadership to drive change and deliver value add projects enhancing the bottom line.
The Role
Manage a team of three people, overseeing financial reporting for the Supply Chain and Logistics cost centre.
This would suit a finance business partner / finance manager with significant supply chain finance experience, with the ability to lead, challenge and influence senior stakeholders across multi-site logistics.
You will ideally come from an FMCG organisation, having partnered supply chain & logistics senior leaders, with demonstrable experience of driving continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
This is a largely site based role, with some flexibility for WFH, however it is a highly visible with a lot of stakeholder engagement on-site.
