Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis for financial planning and execution.
• Experience using manpower and budget databases such as ABIDES, iRMIS, and PBES.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, planning, and execution support per the PWS.
• Support budget formulation, execution, forecasting, and financial documentation for technical programs.
• Analyze government data to identify trends, gaps, and resource constraints; support long-range financial plans.
