The role emphasizes structured finance work, including securitizations and warehouse lending facilities, backed by residential mortgages and consumer assets. Openings span major markets across the United States, including DC, New York, Chicago, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of law firm experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and related structured finance.
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset classes preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong credentials.
• Admitted (or able to be promptly admitted) to the bar in the office location.

Responsibilities
