Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC, a boutique legal recruiting firm, is seeking mid-level to senior associates for a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm's U.S. banking and finance group.

The role focuses on structured finance including securitizations and warehouse lending facilities, with residential mortgage and other consumer asset-backed deals; openings in New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Charlotte, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of law firm experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and/or related structured finance transactions.
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset classes is strongly preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted (or able to be promptly admitted) to the bar in the office location.

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm, is looking to add mid-level to senior associates to its U.S. banking and finance group. The role focuses on structured finance work, including securitizations and warehouse lending facilities, with an emphasis on deals backed by residential mortgages and other consumer assets. Openings are available in several major U.S. markets, including New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Charlotte, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance associate to join a high-volume, sophisticated practice and continue building expertise in a specialized and active area of the market.

*The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $435,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
