Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking mid- to senior-level finance associates (4–7+ years) to join our Financial Practices Group in either San Francisco or Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial and/or real estate finance transactions.

Candidates must be California-admitted attorneys with a JD from an accredited law school, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large transactions independently.

Qualifications

• California-admitted attorney with JD from an accredited law school.
• Substantial experience in commercial and/or real estate finance transactions.
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
• Manage transactions from inception to closing.
• Collaborate with a team of finance attorneys on debt financing transactions.
