Johnson & Johnson, a leader in health care, seeks a Sr. Fin Analyst for Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain. Based in Raynham, MA, but eligible for remote options on the U.S.

east coast, the role provides financial insight, governance, and decision support across indirect spend categories. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in financial analysis or procurement finance, strong modeling and forecasting skills, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced financial training preferred.
• CPA/CMA or similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong financial leadership and business partner support to Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to provide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across indirect spend categories.
• Analyze procurement savings, productivity initiatives, and contract value realization, ensuring alignment with financial commitments.
• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long‑range plan processes for indirect procurement and related supply chain functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor spend, savings, and cost drivers.
• Provide financial governance and variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to support sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by driving standardization, automation, and enhanced financial transparency.
