Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Sr. Fin Analyst for Indirect Procurement, based in Raynham, MA with allowances for Warsaw, IN and other US locations.

This role partners with Procurement and Supply Chain leaders to drive financial planning, cost transparency, and strategic sourcing decisions. You will develop models, monitor KPIs, and ensure financial governance while supporting continuous improvement across the orthopedics business amid a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent advanced financial training.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, supply chain finance, or procurement finance.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain cost structures.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Result & performance driven: assumes full ownership and accountability for delivering results
• Sense of urgency: ability to identify, prioritize, and execute work/project plans
• Ability to work under time pressure while keeping a high level of quality
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Must possess excellent analytical skills and presentation skills
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong financial leadership and business partner support to Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to provide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across indirect spend categories.
• Analyze procurement savings, productivity initiatives, and contract value realization, ensuring alignment with financial commitments.
• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range plan processes for indirect procurement and related supply chain functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor spend, savings, and cost drivers.
• Provide financial governance and variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to support sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by driving standardization, automation, and enhanced financial transparency.
