Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in ISC to support audit readiness, inventory governance, internal controls, and executive reporting across the ISC organization.

You will be the liaison between corporate finance, site finance teams, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Internal Controls to coordinate evidence and policy adherence. You will report to the Senior Finance Manager and work in a hybrid model from Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX, coordinating audits,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant finance, audit, internal controls, or compliance experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of internal and external audits across sites, collecting evidence and ensuring compliance.
• Manage audit trackers and partner with site finance and operations to meet deadlines.
• Interface with external auditors, align on timelines and scope, and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
• Educate site personnel on inventory policies, cycle counts, and control expectations to improve compliance.
• Present ISC FCOGS overview to leadership, including forecast roll-forwards and governance.
• Support executive reporting with leadership metrics, commentary, and financial performance reviews.
