The facility in Mishawaka, Indiana, is a key strategic growth site for Point of Care. It is a reagent manufacturing facility with a high degree of automation. Mishawaka manufactures the reagent products that support Point of Care’s world leading status in Decentralized Urine Analysis and Diabetes Care.

This position analyzes financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information, prepares various financial reports, compiles and reviews financial plans and budgets, ensures compliance with budget allocations, performs financial analysis at complex levels including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, budgeting, and financial and expense performance comparisons, ensures conformance to IFRS and SOA requirements, and may perform commercial/contract activities, pricing, margin calculations, etc.
Demonstrates high professional judgment competence. Changes existing ways and approaches. Impact on results in larger organization. Well established in external and internal networks within specialist field. Proactively shares knowledge in a systematic way in larger organization to grow know-how base and supports a learning organization.
Must demonstrate successful experience of working with functional partners to improve process and enhance efficiency. Must demonstrate strong capability of handling challenges and pressures under dynamic situation.
May provide general guidance or train support and/or professional staff.

The base pay range for this position is: $107,060 - $147,213. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
