Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing finance team. You will align reporting in Jedox and SAP P41, partner with Operations to manage financials, KPIs, forecasting and budgeting, and handle closing assignments for plant balance sheet accounts.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing, SAP/Excel/Power BI proficiency, and on-site work three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong SAP, Excel and Power BI skills are required.
• CPA/CMA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of reporting in Jedox and SAP P41.
• Partner with Operations leaders to manage financials, KPIs, forecasting and budgeting.
• Close JEs and reconcile plant balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare projections and budgets for inventory, CIP, fixed assets and AP.
• Review indirect purchases and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze and control plant inventory and collaborate with supply chain.
