Blue Ops Partners is seeking a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for client portfolios. You will drive GAAP compliance, month-end close, and high-quality financial reporting while advising on process improvements.

You will partner with portfolio leadership and PE sponsors to deliver measurable value across engagements. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop analytics, and help design ERP solutions, strengthening client relationships and expanding

Qualifications

• Public or private company accounting leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to lead month-end close.
• Experience liaising with private equity sponsors and portfolio leaders.
• Proven ability to analyze data to drive client value.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting operations for multiple clients, including month-end close and controls.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, accurate financial reporting, and audit support.
• Serve as primary liaison between PE sponsor and portfolio leadership.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with technology teams on ERP/accounting system design.
• Mentor and develop accounting/finance teams across engagements.
• Expand client relationships and scope of services.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, AP/AR, treasury, and asset investments.
• Develop KPI tracking and operational reporting cadences.
