The position emphasizes developing realistic training scenarios, mission planning, briefings, and debriefs, using F-22/F-35 simulators, and contributing SME knowledge on air dominance tactics.

Qualifications

• Must have 500+ flight hours in fighter T/M/S aircraft (F-15 EX, F/A-18 E/F, F-22, or F-35).
• USAF/USMC/Navy TOPGUN or Adversary/Aggressor course graduate.
• DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Fly modern air dominance tactics as adversary and fighter pilot in VATs and FIAB support.
• Lead four-ship F-22/F-35 simulator operations and debriefs.
• Simulate adversary tactics across threat levels and aircraft.
• Operate simulator programs and OS/debriefing tools.
• Provide SME knowledge on current TTPs for Air Dominance missions (DCA/OCA/SEAD).
• Develop and execute realistic training scenarios.
