Job summary

The FTO will design practical exercises, evaluate performance against standards, and report on training effectiveness to the Training Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years total experience in security or law enforcement.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior personnel.
• Completion of a recognized FTO certification course is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training on screening equipment (X-ray/Magnetometer).
• Conduct scenario-based response drills and ensure post-order mastery.
• Document training activities and provide regular reports on effectiveness and compliance.
