The role requires strong leadership, the ability to operate pumps and pipelines, and willingness to travel to multiple sites; 12-hour shifts with days/nights and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of water transfer experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and Fusion Tech certification a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors; 12-hour shifts; travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems.
• Handle emergency repairs and pipe connections.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure SOPs are followed.

Description

As a Senior Field Technician - Water Transfer Operations, you'll lead crews and oversee complex water transfer operations on job sites. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and monitor systems with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is done efficiently and safely.
