Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Field Technician - Water Transfer Operations in California, PA. You will lead crews, oversee water transfer operations, troubleshoot and monitor systems on job sites. The role requires at least 1 year of water transfer experience, strong frac site knowledge, and 12-hour shifts with day/night rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of water transfer experience.
• Strong working knowledge of frac site operations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL and Fusion Tech certification a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability

• Set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems.
• Handle emergency repairs and pipe connections.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure SOPs are followed.

As a Senior Field Technician - Water Transfer Operations, you’ll lead crews and oversee complex water transfer operations on job sites. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and monitor systems with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is done efficiently and safely.
