Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior technician to anchor critical placements and lead pours, while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring the integrity of inspection records on high-stakes projects.

You will interface with engineers, officials, and project teams, owning the quality of documentation and ensuring compliance with IBC special inspection programs across multi-state deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
