Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an RVA CLS Field Technician 4 for Minot, ND. Responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining and repairing missile field equipment and collaborating with NOC/SOC teams.

The role requires occasional travel to remote sites, working at heights in bucket trucks, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong networking experience, Windows proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years related experience.
• Operate Windows-based operating systems.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Comply with safety and security policies/procedures on-site.
• Follow program maintenance manual guidance.
• Ability to obtain tower climbing certification.
• Lift heavy equipment up to 40 lbs; work in varied conditions.
• Valid driver's license and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair system equipment to ensure proper operations.
• Assist with installation of new systems and diagnose problems.
• Support performance tracking and reporting requirements.
• Inspect and repair system equipment regularly.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor bench stock and critical equipment.
• Obtain CDL and operate special purpose vehicles up to Class B.
• Maintain CPR and first aid certifications.
• Conduct on-site tests to verify functionality.
• Maintain tower climb certifications.
