Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Field Technician 3 for the Minot, ND site. The role involves inspecting, maintaining and repairing system equipment for the Missile Field Battlespace Awareness Remote Visual Assessment system.

Requires tower climb, bucket truck operation, and CDL eligibility; travel up to 10%. Competitive benefits and relocation may be offered. The position follows a 5/40 schedule (shift 1) Monday–Friday with potential overtime and bonuses depending on

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to climb ladders, poles, towers.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 40 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.
• Valid current driver’s license.
• Comply with safety and security policies on-site or in Laboratory.
• Follow technical maintenance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, maintaining and repairing system equipment.
• Assisting with installation of program upgrades.
• Support performance tracking and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor/replenish bench stock and critical equipment.
• Obtain certification to operate special purpose vehicles up to Class B (CDL).
• Maintain CPR and first aid certification.
• Conduct on-site testing to verify functionality.
• Maintain qualification for tower climb.
• Operate and inspect calibrated tools.
