Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Senior Field Technician in Houston, TX to perform soil and concrete testing, observe site activities, and provide data-driven reporting. The role requires strong reading of drawings, adherence to specs, and effective communication with project teams on site.

Qualifications

• 5 years' field testing/inspector experience in construction materials.
• NICET Level II OR TXDOT Level 1A/1B and SB102 certifications.
• Valid driver's license with reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and calibrate testing equipment and perform soil/concrete tests.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
• Observe site activities and complete complex tasks with detailed documentation.
• Communicate with clients and project teams; attend project meetings.
