National Field Engineer – Technical Support & Training

Location: Remote (Nationwide Travel) | Schedule: Mon–Fri | Up to 50% Travel

We’re looking for a National Field Engineer to support local teams with complex elevator issues. You’ll guide & support field personnel through diagnostics and troubleshooting—either remotely or on-site. This role is not IT-focused; it requires high-level expertise with controls, electrical and electronic components, and PLCs to support the high-rise segment of elevator systems.

A significant part of this role involves training. You’ll help develop the skills of field staff, especially as new technologies are introduced, with planned travel to deliver hands-on support.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and train field teams on evolving technologies
• Coordinate travel and support with the hiring manager
