Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in construction.
• 5-7 years as field superintendent on tenant improvement projects.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Produce, monitor, and adhere to a detailed construction schedule.
• Manage all aspects of the jobsite including logistics and technical direction.
• Manage the onsite safety program and identify hazardous conditions.
• Finalize all project closeout documentation.
• Provide training and mentoring to project team members.

Skills

Knowledge of all areas of construction

Proficiency in blueprint/plan reading

Communication skills

Basic Spanish language skills

Education

High school diploma; college degree in construction management preferred
