  • Perform hands‑on troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems to determine root cause and implement mitigations
  • Perform software and firmware upgrades as well as networking system configuration
  • Execute commissioning and test plans to characterize the performance and functionality of battery systems
  • Support emergency response at project sites to minimize plant downtime
  • Lead the execution of performance testing, attain data, and communicate finding and document results to improve product performance
  • Maintain company tools, vehicles, equipment, and instrumentation and a safe work environment at all project sites
  • Up to 90% domestic travel to client or project sites
What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated expertise in complex systems integration, including high‑voltage troubleshooting, control circuit diagnostics, and industrial communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet) for deep‑level system debugging.
  • Advanced capability to interpret and execute complex electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in operating high‑voltage instrumentation (power electronics, meggers, amp clamps) and interfacing with mechanical subsystems (pumps, tanks, piping, torque/termination standards).
  • Uncompromising safety mindset with extensive experience in risk assessment and operating within heavy construction environments.
  • Comfort with frequent and long‑term wear of heavy PPE (CAT 2 or CAT 4, steel‑toed boots, face shields, chemical suits, etc.)
