Job summary

A technology solutions firm is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) with at least 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree to support operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor. The role involves expertise in VMware, Windows, and Linux, alongside proactive problem-solving and performance enhancement strategies. The ideal candidate will have Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Experience in a DoD environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with an on-premises cloud stack.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sustainment and support for the installed BMIS baseline.
• Assist Network/System Administrators in resolving technical challenges.
• Support personnel with deploying and troubleshooting applications.
