Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking an experienced Field Technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot high voltage power distribution equipment across Florida.

You will perform acceptance and maintenance testing to NETA standards, write clear test reports, and support start-ups and commissioning on new installs. Travel will be frequent, with overnight assignments and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II, III or IV certification.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA safety practices.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and work overnights out of town.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay & benefits: $40–$70/hr plus overtime and per diem when traveling. Company truck, test equipment, full benefits and 401(k) match.
