Job summary

Intelligrated is seeking a Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide high-level technical support and service for customer facilities. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex systems, including automation equipment, to ensure optimal performance.

Based at customer sites in Ontario, CA, you will work with cross-functional teams, follow safety procedures, and potentially cover multiple shifts with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• When you must have 2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Shift work may be required.
• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with PLCs is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE while maintaining equipment and safe work environment.
• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Work overtime and cover multiple shifts when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
