Job summary

Bulk Equipment Corp. seeks a Field Service Technician in Memphis to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining, servicing, and repairing heavy equipment across multiple sites.

You will respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and coordinate with the Field Service Manager to ensure timely resolutions. The role requires 5+ years in heavy equipment maintenance, knowledge of OEM platforms, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Understanding of various OEM platforms.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Desire and motivation to maintain certifications and continue education.
• Ability to represent the company professionally at all times.

Responsibilities

• Be the company's number one support personnel for the customer.
• Respond to service calls.
• Diagnose issues with customer-owned equipment.
• Communicate regularly with the Field Service Manager.
• Execute maintenance and repair work.
• Prepare required work orders, fill out timecards, order parts, etc. using maintenance management software.
• Create parts lists when needed.
• Maintain certifications and licenses required to operate service vehicles.
• Keep company assets in working order.
