Job summary

Archrock is seeking a skilled technician to perform maintenance and repair on gas compression and process equipment at customer sites. The role requires leading maintenance projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience with natural gas engines and compressors, plus strong diagnostic abilities and customer service skills. The position involves extensive travel and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of gas engines and compressors, electrical systems, panel boards, controls, skid wiring.
• Knowledge of new technologies and ability to troubleshoot them.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Telematics.
• Working knowledge of HSE procedures and regulations.
• General understanding of customer’s production equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties as outlined and lead Major Maintenance, Overhaul, MOB/DEMOB projects.
• Demonstrate advanced diagnostic and repair skills across equipment types.
• Lead a team to standard with limited assistance and ensure timely documentation.
