Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. You will work on electrical equipment projects, deliver technical solutions to customers, and write accurate service reports.

The role requires 2+ years of field service experience in electrical distribution or control systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 25% in the district/state. A DOT qualification may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years electrical/mechanical experience, or trade school with 5+ years in electrical distribution/control systems.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including design, testing, or research.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
