- Assist with identification of equipment obsolescence and technical evaluation of potential replacement solutions.
- Support development and continuous improvement of program work instructions, technical procedures, and lessons learned.
- Train and mentor CBRN Logisticians and other program personnel supporting US&R and MCAS equipment.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager, Warehouse Manager, CBRN Technicians, logisticians, maintenance personnel, and other Senior FSRs to support changing priorities and surge requirements.

Summary
What Success Looks Like in This Role
The successful Senior FSR will be both a technical expert and a trusted representative of the program in the field. This individual must be capable of arriving at a supported military unit, establishing a professional relationship with unit leadership, understanding the operational requirement, independently assessing equipment condition, coordinating required support, and clearly communicating issues that could affect readiness, schedule, or mission execution.
Because this position spends a significant portion of the year supporting units in the field, professionalism, reliability, sound judgment, initiative, technical credibility, and the ability to build productive relationships with military leadership are essential.
Travel Requirements
This position requires extensive travel, approximately 42 weeks per year, primarily to military installations throughout the continental United States.
Travel routinely includes multi-day trips, air and vehicle travel, and work at military installations and field locations. Work schedules while traveling may vary based on unit availability, training schedules, and mission requirements.
The Senior FSR must be comfortable traveling independently and representing InterFuze directly with military unit leadership and Government stakeholders.
