Job summary

North Atlantic Corp in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Field Service and Installation Technician. You will travel to customer sites to install and service doors, phantom screens, storefronts, and related products, applying strong carpentry and field-installation skills to ensure quality outcomes.

This is a self-directed field role; you’ll diagnose issues on site, complete repairs or installations without direct supervision, and communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of on-site experience in residential settings and construction sites.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability by company policy.
• Experience with residential or commercial construction and use of power tools.
• MA Contractor License (desired) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, or replace defective products in the field.
• Install products per service work orders and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers about repairs and alternatives.
• Maintain and organize service van, tools, and materials.
• Attend seminars to improve skills as needed.
