Job summary

WGNSTAR in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer focused on Kokusai Vertical Furnace Decon/Demo. You will remove chamber kits, purge lines, and ensure safe shutdowns in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 5+ years of OEM experience on related equipment, knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall, adherence to safety protocols, and strong documentation of decon activities. This on-site position offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for on-the-job

Qualifications

• Kokusai Vertical Furnance Decon/Demo Experience
• Must have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.
• Senior Field Service Engineers should have a Minimum of 5 + years / OEM direct experience on one or more of the following

Responsibilities

• Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
• Safe purging of gas and liquid lines
• Pump purging of gas lines
• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
• Perform complete tool shutdown
• Power off all the system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
• Daily pre-task planning with customer
• Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
• Reporting status of Decon/Demo project
• Follow customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE
