  • Provide technical support to Pratt & Whitney Product Safety, Certification & Validation (PSCV), and airframer teams regarding engine modification, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Assist customer engineers, maintenance control technicians, and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) in resolving on-site technical challenges.
  • Support urgent customer issues outside normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Travel approximately 5% domestically and internationally for customer meetings, technical conferences, and safety or operational event investigations.
What You Will Learn:
  • Deepen your technical expertise across the PW2000, PW4000, and GP7000 engine families through real-world troubleshooting and operational support.
  • Develop advanced problem-solving skills by resolving time-sensitive technical issues that directly impact airline operations and aircraft availability.
