WaterAIC is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer in California to lead field activities for municipal water and wastewater facilities. You will oversee commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and service of PLC/SCADA systems, MCCs, VFDs, and electrical power distribution. The role includes mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with project teams.

The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing field activities related to Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, and other process facilities. This role focuses on the commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and servicing of PLC and SCADA systems, network and communication equipment, instrumentation, motor control centers (MCCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and electrical power distribution equipment.
Asaseniormemberofthefieldteam,thispositionprovidesleadership,technicaldirection,andhands-onmentorshiptootherEngineersandTechnicians,ensuringahighstandardoftechnicalexecutionandprofessionaldevelopment.
TheSeniorFieldServiceEngineerensuresallworkisperformedsafely,efficiently,andinaccordancewithcompanystandards,contractrequirements,andprojectschedules.Therolecollaboratescloselywithprojectengineers,projectmanagers,internalsupportstaff,contractors,andclientstoensuresuccessfulprojectdeliveryandapositivecustomerexperience.
