Advanced Integration & Controls is seeking a Project Manager in Temecula, CA to lead technically complex water and wastewater system integration projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate schedules, and serve as the primary technical contact for clients from requirements through implementation.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, 5+ years in project management (3+ in system integration), and experience with SDLC, Agile, and MS Project/Primavera.
The Project Manager position in the water and wastewater system integration industry is a technical role that involves leading and managing technically complex projects and teams that provide designs for electrical equipment and instrumentation with advanced process automation and controls. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multidiscipline project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across various technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the technical scope and schedule of projects, guiding them through the process from initial requirements gathering and design approval to final implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results that meet client needs.
