Job summary

Valcor Security is seeking a hands-on Field Security Manager to lead daily operations for a multi-site Los Angeles portfolio. You will oversee 20+ security officers, ensure posts are covered, and maintain strong client relationships while managing attendance, training, uniforms, reporting, and performance.

This is not an entry-level supervisor role; applicants must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience directly supervising 20+ guards and hold a California BSIS Guard Card and firearms

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience supervising 20+ security guards.
• Prior military service or law enforcement experience is required.
• Current California BSIS Guard Card.
• Proficiency in scheduling systems, mobile reporting apps, email communication tools, and digital operations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, schedule, and manage a division of more than 20 security officers across multiple sites. Ensure complete site coverage by responding to call-offs, no-shows, and emergencies.
