Bloom Energy is seeking a Sr. Staff Field Quality Engineer to join our team. This role will report to Senior Quality Manager, Installations and will be based remotely in the Southwest region, supporting customers across the area.

You will ensure energy platforms are designed, installed and commissioned on time, within budget and to quality, safety and serviceability standards, while collaborating with field teams, EPC partners and customers.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management or 10 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience constructing, installing and commissioning complex power systems.
• Ability to read, understand and clearly communicate civil and electrical designs and standards.
• Empowered self-starter with autonomy and strong scheduling and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to hold process owners accountable to design and workmanship standards, and to code requirements.
• Customer-facing role requires professionalism and strong communication with customers and partners.
• Experience with MS Suite and Salesforce; Oracle desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and support site construction and Bloom Energy product installations to design requirements.
• Gate EPC partner projects from proceeding to commissioning by inspecting site work.
• Document and resolve cross-functional deficiencies from design to operations.
• Perform safety and environmental audits across site construction to commissioning.
• Implement 8D problem solving with internal and external process owners.
• Respond rapidly to early life failures in the field for construction and manufacturing issues.
• Support FRU exchanges and product upgrades at sites with Field Service and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction through data-driven insights.
