Zachry Group is seeking a Field QC Manager to supervise daily inspection activities, coordinate with the Owner's team for inspections and technical issues, and oversee Sub-Contractor activities to ensure the project maintains quality as per contract and drawings.

The role includes implementing the quality manual and inspection/test plans, managing QC records and NCRs, and leading a team of inspectors on site. Requires 5–8 years in construction and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to accuracy and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Understand Prime Contract requirements related to the role.
• Understand Subcontractor contract requirements.
• Implement Project Quality Management Plan for the craft.
• Develop and implement Project Specific Inspection & Test Plans.
• Supervise QC Inspectors, including third-party inspectors, and provide daily assignments.
• Ensure QC Inspectors follow HSE requirements applicable for the work scope.
• Ensure compliance with project codes, specifications and drawings.
• Maintain inspection and CAR/NCR logs in conjunction with the Project Quality Manager.
• Review quality records/documents for correctness and completeness.
