Job summary

Raphael & Associates is seeking a Senior Field Adjuster in the Philadelphia area to investigate property and liability claims, manage customer service, and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will perform on-site field investigations, collect evidence, interview involved parties, assess coverage, and coordinate with subrogation and legal teams to support accurate claim decisions.

The ideal candidate will own cases from intake to resolution and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with independent adjusting
• Valid adjuster licenses
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong project management and independence
• Knowledge of insurance laws and construction basics
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service
• Experience with FileHandler, Xactimate and ImageRight is a plus
• Ability to conduct field investigations in varying conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversee liability loss claims from intake to final resolution in compliance with policy provisions and regulations
• Perform on-site field investigations to assess property damage and liability exposure with evidence gathering
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and contractors; document statements and observations
• Identify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with subrogation teams or legal partners
• Collaborate with claims staff, supervisors, and external partners to prepare clear, supported reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional conduct throughout the process
