Job summary

ICW Group in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Senior Field Premium Auditor to analyze insurance premium audits in the field, determine exposures, and ensure accurate premium for policy coverages. You will review payroll records, classify operations, and collaborate with customers, agents, and underwriters to resolve disputes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business and 3–5 years of field auditing experience, with APA/CIPA/CPCU certifications preferred and a valid driver's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of Field Premium Auditor experience required; CPA/APA/CPCU certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs field audits for organizational accounts and resolves disputes.
Conducts timely and accurate premium and service audits, examining financial records.
Delivers excellent customer service for the audit experience with stakeholders.
Presents audit findings and collaborates with underwriters, agents, and reviewers.
