This position will service our Southern California territory. Candidates must reside in Southern California.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

This role provides effective customer service throughout the lifecycle of premium audit functions, including conducting physical field audits of records to ensure that calculations of earned premium for risks are accurate . This includes validating that correct class codes are being applied and in accordance with company procedures by reviewing financial records and other relevant materials.

The person hired for this position will work from their home and will be required to travel up to 60% of the time including occasional overnight travel to conduct physical field audits. A company car is provided.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent. Generally, 3 to 6 years of related experience, preferably in California workers' compensation, is required. Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred.
