The ideal candidate will provide oversight for a team, resolving complex PLC issues while ensuring quality execution across various projects. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, supporting critical deployments, and managing client interactions. A bachelor's degree in engineering and proficiency with Rockwell Automation software are preferred. Travel of 40-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a PLC Programmer/Engineer.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot PLC logic and communication network issues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of field PLC engineers.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC logic for control systems onsite.
• Coordinate team activities with project schedules and client requirements.
