Job summary

RWDY Inc. in Spring, Texas seeks a Field Operator III - Production to support daily operations on production equipment and wells, following established safety procedures and operating plans.

The role focuses on reducing equipment failures and optimizing resource use. The successful candidate will participate in safety meetings, monitor wells and equipment, perform routine maintenance as an Equipment Care Technician, and document operational events and deviations in the logbook.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education and previous experience as a Field Technician.
• Oil and gas production experience.
• Control room experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High standards for safety, health, and environmental practices.
• Extensive knowledge of pipeline operations.
• Extensive knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of relevant commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily objectives while maintaining housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security standards.
• Actively participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety meetings.
• Continuously monitor wells and equipment to identify and implement corrective or optimization actions.
• Maintain reliable, efficient, and safe operating conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance activities as Equipment Care Technician.
• Report when alarm, emergency, or shutdown systems are out of service.
• Provide detailed shift handover information for operational continuity.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance plans and actions.
• Record operational events, abnormalities, and deviations in logs.
• Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and field tests.
• Participate in emergency response activities.
• Report incidents and elevate awareness per guidelines.
• Keep the Operations Shift Supervisor informed.
• Maintain clear team communication to address issues.
• Provide information on well production problems and conditions.
• Ensure well diagnostics are thorough before Wellwork intervention.
• Ensure wellheads and surface equipment are maintained for transfer to Wellwork.
• Support ongoing Wellwork operations as needed.
