Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience in utility or construction industry preferred.
• Ability to schedule and manage activities to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of MS Office, work management, mapping and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust daily schedules and assign crews based on resources and progress.
• Manage exception work by reviewing incoming designs outside the window and prioritizing tasks.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and material requests to enable work execution.
• Ensure proper work acceptance and site readiness; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong partnerships with supervisors and customers to maximize productivity.
