Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations with safety, compliance, efficiency, and cost management focus.
• Lead projects and supervise crews to ensure client/company procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors as a single point of contact.
• Develop schedules, manage labor and equipment needs, and track progress.
• Ensure timely billing and adherence to installation standards.
• Mentor and develop employees; foster leadership in the team.
• Attend customer meetings and prepare proposals and bids as needed.
• Maintain liaison with support operations to secure materials and equipment.
• Assist the Director of Construction as necessary.
